We understand that you may have other questions, so whatever that may be, we encourage you to get in touch using our contact us page and we will get back to you within 48 hours.


Jewellery Nest adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using
SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

You should receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. It will take between 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and quality inspected.

Next the postal service picks up your package from our warehouse and gets it delivered straight to you.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austria and takes approximately 3-5 business days to be processed, packaged and quality inspected.

We take quality control very seriously here at Jewellery Nest which explains why we have such a high customer satisfaction rate.

UK: 5-12 business days

USA: 7-15 business days

Australia: 7-15 business days

Rest of the world: 20-30 business days

Mauritian Customers - delivery takes 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Vacoas.

Jewellery Nest ships products worldwide everyday. Shipping is free for orders above £35/$50.

We are unable to ship to the following countries:

Aruba, Ascension Island, Bolivia, Botswana, Cayman Islands, Cook Islands, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Gilbratar, Greenland, Guernsey, Honduras, Iraq, Kosovo, Martinique, Mongolia, Montenegro,
New Caledonia, North Macedonia, Panama, Peru, Serbia, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Trinidad & Tobago and Tristan da Cunha.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if the goods do not meet your expectations you may return the items within 30 days of receipt for a refund (we recommend you use a tracked
delivery service with proof of postage).


Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working day, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase. Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

All products are shipped in jewellery boxes inside a protective layering of bubble wrapped envelope to prevent oxidation when in transit.
