CANCELLATIONS AND AMMENDMENTS
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER?
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority therefore we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible in order to make sure you receive them the earliest. You can change or amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order”. Once your order is completed and confirmed you will not be able to make anymore changes or amendments. However, please email us as soon as possible at support@jewellerynest.com to see if it is possible to make any changes to your order should you find yourself in such a situation.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As we are working around the clock to make sure all orders are processed within a relatively short time, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order once completed and confirmed as our warehouses may have began processing it already.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING!
If you have entered the wrong spelling or auto-filled your address incorrectly or by accident, please email us as soon as possible at support@jewellerynest.com along with the new, correct address information.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note for hygiene reasons we do not accept refunds on earrings.
To start a return, please contact us and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please kindly do not return the jewellery back to us without first contacting us at support@jewellerynest.com.
We will notify you once we have received your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED!
We ship every of our products with extra precaution. Despite this and based on our statistics, around 1 in every 1000 products can arrive damaged due to the unfortunate cases of mishandlement and mistreatment from mail services which is beyond our control.
If this happens to you, email us at support@jewellerynest.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A picture of the damaged product
This information will help us greatly in assessing the problem quickly and issuing you a full refund or replacement as soon as possible.
